Ingredients:
1cup salted butter, softened
1cup sugar
1cup light brown sugar
2tsp. vanilla extract
2large eggs
3cups all-purpose flour
1tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1tsp. natural sea salt
2cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, or chunks
Directions:
- Preheat Traeger grill to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
Once combined, set aside. - In a stand mixer bowl, combine butter, white sugar, and brown sugar
until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. - Mix in dry ingredients, continue to stir until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
- Roll 3 tbsp. of dough at a time into balls and place them on your
cookie sheet. Evenly space them apart, with about 2-3 inches in
between each ball. - Place cookie sheet directly on the grill grate and bake for 20-25
minutes, until the outside of the cookies is slightly browned. - Remove from grill and allow resting for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
