Nectarine and Nutella Sundae

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 nectarines, halved and pitted
2 tsp. honey
4 tbsp. Nutella
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
¼ cup pecans, chopped
Whipped cream, to top
4cherries, to top
Directions:

  1. Preheat Traeger grill to 400°F.
  2. Slice nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the inside (cut side) of each nectarine half with honey.
  4. Place nectarines directly on the grill grate, cut side down. Cook for 5-6
    minutes, or until grill marks develop.
  5. Flip nectarines and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove nectarines from the grill and allow it to cool.
  7. Fill the pit cavity on each nectarine half with 1 tbsp. Nutella.
  8. Place 1 scoop of ice cream on top of Nutella. Top with whipped cream,
    cherries, and sprinkle chopped pecans. Serve and enjoy!
