Ingredients:
1tsp. dried rosemary
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt or to taste
½ tsp. ground cumin
1tbsp. olive oil
2tbsp. maple syrup
2/3 cup raw and unsalted cashew nuts
2/3 cup raw and unsalted pecans
2/3 cup raw and unsalted walnuts
Directions:
- Start your grill on smoke mode, leaving the lid open for 5 minutes,
until the fire starts. - Close the grill lid and preheat the grill to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the dried rosemary.
Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly mixed and all nuts are
coated with spices. - Spread the spiced nuts on a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet on the grill and roast the nuts for 20 to 25
minutes. - Remove the nuts from heat.
- Sprinkle the dried rosemary on the nuts and stir to mix.
- Leave the nuts to cool for a few minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
