Smoked Broccoli

 


    Preparation Time: 10 minutes
    Cooking Time: 30 minutes
    Servings: 4
    Ingredients:
    2 heads broccoli
    Kosher salt
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    Fresh Pepper (ground)
    Directions:

    1. Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
    2. Separate the florets from the heads.
    3. Coat the broccoli with vegetable oil by tossing. Thereafter, season with
      salt and pepper.
    4. Using a grilling basket put the broccoli on the grate of the smoker and
      smoke for 30 minutes or till crisp.
    5. Enjoy!
