2 heads broccoli
Kosher salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Fresh Pepper (ground)
Directions:
- Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
- Separate the florets from the heads.
- Coat the broccoli with vegetable oil by tossing. Thereafter, season with
salt and pepper. - Using a grilling basket put the broccoli on the grate of the smoker and
smoke for 30 minutes or till crisp. - Enjoy!
