Ingredients:
6 ears corn on the cob
1 tbsp. olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic paste
½ tbsp. chili powder
Pinch ground red pepper
½ cup coria cheese, crumbled
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
6 lime wedges
Directions:
- Brush the corn with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Place the corn on a Traeger grill set at 350°F. Cook for 25 minutes as
you turn it occasionally. - Meanwhile mix mayo, cream, garlic, chili, and red pepper until well
combined. - Let it rest for some minutes then brush with the mayo mixture.
- Sprinkle cottage cheese, more chili powder, and cilantro. Serve with
lime wedges. Enjoy.
