Grilled Pound Cake with Fruit Dressing

Ingredients:
1buttermilk pound cake, sliced into ¾ inch slices
1/8 cup butter, melted
1.½ cup whipped cream
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup strawberries, sliced
Directions:

  1. Preheat Traeger grill to 400°F. Turn your smoke setting to high, if
    applicable.
  2. Brush both sides of each pound cake slice with melted butter.
  3. Place directly on the grill grate and cook for 5 minutes per side. Turn
    90° halfway through cooking each side of the cake for checkered grill
    marks.
  4. You can cook a couple of minutes longer if you prefer deeper grill
    marks and smoky flavor.
  5. Remove pound cake slices from the grill and allow it to cool on a
    plate.
  6. Top slices with whipped cream, blueberries, raspberries, and sliced
    strawberries as desired. Serve and enjoy!
