Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
Pinch salt
8 large cuttlefish, cleaned
Spinach, pine nuts, olive oil, and vinegar for serving

Directions:
- Prepare the marinade with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and a pinch
of salt pepper (be careful, cuttlefish do not need too much salt). - Place the cuttlefish in the marinade, tossing to cover evenly. Cover and
marinate for about 1 hour. - Remove the cuttlefish from the marinade and pat dry them on a paper
towel. - Start the Traeger grill, and set the temperature to high, and preheat, lid
closed, for 10 to 15 minutes. - Grill the cuttlefish for just 3 – 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot with spinach, pine nuts, olive oil, and vinegar.
