Ingredients:
1(2 pounds) butternut squash
2garlic cloves (minced)
2tbsp. extra olive virgin oil
1tsp. paprika
1tsp. oregano
1tsp. thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Start your grill on smoke mode and leave the grill open for 5 minutes,
until fire Preheat the grill to 400°F. - Peel the butternut squash.
- Cut the butternut squash into two (cut lengthwise).
- Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
- Cut the butternut squash into 1-inch chunks and wash the chunks with
water. - In a big bowl, combine the butternut squash chunks and other
ingredients. - Stir until the chunks are coated with the ingredients.
- Spread the coated chunks on the sheet pan.
- Place the sheet pan on the grill and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the baked butternut squash from heat and let it sit to
cool. - Serve.
