Ingredients:
½ cup flour
1tbsp. cornstarch
½ tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ cup buttermilk
¼ cup sugar
1½ tbsp. butter, melted
1egg
½ tsp. vanilla
Topping
2tbsp. sugar
1tbsp. sugar
1tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat Traeger grill to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking
soda, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt. Whisk to combine. - In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, egg, and
vanilla. Whisk until the egg is thoroughly combined. - Pour wet mixture into the flour mixture and stir. Stir just until
combined, careful not to overwork the mixture. - Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Spoon 1 tbsp. of donut mixture into each mini muffin hole.
- Place the tin on the Traeger grill grate and bake for about 18 minutes,
or until a toothpick can come out clean. - Remove muffin tin from the grill and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon.
- Melt 2 tbsp. of butter in a glass dish. Dip each donut hole in the
melted butter, then mix and toss with cinnamon sugar. Place
completed donut holes on a plate to serve.
