Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated finely.
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a baking dish, place butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and
lemon zest, and mix well. - Coat the fillets with mixture and then arrange skin side-up in the baking
dish. - Set aside for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler of oven.
- Arrange the oven rack about 6-inch from heating element.
- Line a broiler pan with a piece of foil.
- Remove the salmon fillets from baking dish and season with salt and black
pepper. - Arrange the salmon fillets onto the prepared broiler pan, skin side down.
- Broil for about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
