Ingredients:
1 (15-ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained
½ celery stalk, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups lettuce
Instructions:
- For Burgers: add all ingredients except the butter and lettuce in a bowl
and mix until well combined. - Make 2 equal-sized patties from mixture.
- In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and cook the patties for
about 2-3 minutes. - Carefully flip the side and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the lettuce onto serving plates.
- Top each plate with 1 burger and serve.
