Ingredients:
1 ear corn, fresh, husks and silk strands removed
1yellow squash, sliced
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 cup mushrooms, halved
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chicken seasoning
Directions:
- Soak the pecan Traeger in water for an hour. Remove the Traegers
from the water and fill the smoker box with the wet Traegers. - Place the smoker box under the grill and close the lid. Heat the grill on
high heat for 10 minutes or until smoke starts coming out from the
wood chips. - Meanwhile, toss the veggies in oil and seasonings then transfer them
into a grill basket. - Grill for 10 minutes while turning occasionally. Serve and enjoy.
