Traeger Smoked Vegetables

 



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 ear corn, fresh, husks and silk strands removed
1yellow squash, sliced
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 cup mushrooms, halved
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chicken seasoning
Directions:

  1. Soak the pecan Traeger in water for an hour. Remove the Traegers
    from the water and fill the smoker box with the wet Traegers.
  2. Place the smoker box under the grill and close the lid. Heat the grill on
    high heat for 10 minutes or until smoke starts coming out from the
    wood chips.
  3. Meanwhile, toss the veggies in oil and seasonings then transfer them
    into a grill basket.
  4. Grill for 10 minutes while turning occasionally. Serve and enjoy.
