Ingredients:
4 thick carrots
2 tbsp. avocado oil
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
½ tbsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the Traeger grill to 425°F and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper. - Peel the carrots and round the edges.
- In a mixing bowl, mix oil, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place
the carrots on the baking dish then pour the mixture over. - Roll the carrots to coat evenly with the mixture and use fingertips to
massage the mixture into the carrots. - Place in the grill and grill for 35 minutes or until the carrots are forktender
ensuring to turn and brush the carrots every 5 minutes with the
marinade. - Remove from the grill and place the carrots in a hot dog bun. Serve
with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
