Ingredients:
2 lb. mushrooms (Button or Portabella)
2 cups Italian dressing
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
- In a gallon Ziploc bag, add in the mushrooms.
- Pour in the Italian dressing in the Ziploc bag and some pepper and salt
to taste. - Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Once ready to cook, preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- Smoke mushrooms for an hour or till much soft and a bit smaller in
size. - Note: mushrooms will smoke well at any temperature so long as they
don’t burn.
