Smoked Mushrooms 2

 


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 lb. mushrooms (Button or Portabella)
2 cups Italian dressing
Pepper
Salt
Directions:

  1. In a gallon Ziploc bag, add in the mushrooms.
  2. Pour in the Italian dressing in the Ziploc bag and some pepper and salt
    to taste.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Once ready to cook, preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  5. Smoke mushrooms for an hour or till much soft and a bit smaller in
    size.
  6. Note: mushrooms will smoke well at any temperature so long as they
    don’t burn.
